Creazione/Realizzazione cartamodello

Sei uno stilista e devi presentare una collezione?

La creazione del cartamodello è la fase in cui l’idea e il figurino (o schizzo) dello stilista iniziano a prendere forma; quindi, è un passaggio indispensabile per la realizzazione di una collezione. Infatti, gli abiti si confezionano sulla base delle misure e rapporti definiti nei cartamodelli. I nostri cartamodelli vengono eseguiti sia a mano che in digitale, col programma AccuMark. A partire dal bozzetto e dalle indicazioni sul tessuto, la Cope.s. realizza il cartamodello per poi consegnarlo al cliente, sia in formato cartaceo che in formato digitale. Attraverso la parte modellistica, grazie alla tecnologia e alla nostra esperienza più che trentennale, possiamo aiutarti a quantificare e quindi ad ottimizzare al meglio l’industrializzazione del prodotto.

Sdifettamento cartamodello

Il cartamodello è un elemento essenziale per la creazione di un capo che sia perfetto in ogni sua taglia. Durante lo sdifettamento, vengono effettuate le modifiche necessarie per adattare il cartamodello alle misure del corpo. Questo processo richiede precisione e attenzione ai dettagli. Vengono analizzate le proporzioni, le linee di cucitura e le curve del cartamodello per ottenere un taglio perfetto e una vestibilità ottimale. Gli errori di sdifettamento possono influire negativamente sul risultato finale del capo, causando ad esempio pieghe, eccesso di tessuto o aderenza inadeguata. Quindi è consigliabile applicare alcuni accorgimenti, per non avere problemi di vestibilità. Bisogna quindi costruire un prototipo in tessuto, perché solo così si può capire la vera vestibilità raggiunta alla fine del processo e le eventuali criticità del modello, per ottenere un capo di qualità superiore. .

Confezione prototipo

Quali sono  i vantaggi di creare un modello cartaceo e quindi un  prototipo? 

La realizzazione di un prototipo ricavato da un cartamodello è il metodo migliore per concretizzare un’idea; questo consente di capire se il modello progettato sia effettivamente valido per le esigenze del cliente, e di adeguarlo di conseguenza.

Vengono prese come riferimento le misure standard oppure quelle che ci fornisce il nostro cliente  [tabella/scheda misure]

Di conseguenza, l’assemblaggio è una verifica di ciò che viene realizzato, che può portare alla campionatura o alla produzione diretta in serie.

La conformità è quindi la capacità di verificare nello specifico se ciò che pensiamo possa funzionare per prestazioni soddisfacenti nella pratica, prendendo come riferimento una proprietà fisica il più vicino possibile agli obiettivi del marchio. Tuttavia, va notato che ogni marchio segue la propria filosofia di abbigliamento taglie e rapporti di taglia, scegliendo stili che vestono più comodamente, si adattano a un pubblico più ampio, oppure creano tagli attillati e aderenti o abiti oversize, per evidenziare meglio una particolare figura.

Confezione prototipo

Dopo aver realizzato il prototipo, in Cope.s. ci occupiamo anche delle ripetizioni di campionario.

Il prototipo consente di poter apportare i correttivi necessari, al fine di mettere il nostro cliente nelle condizioni di avere un capo da poter produrre proficuamente; inoltre, è anche il modo migliore per testare la riuscita di alcuni dettagli, come gl’inserti diversi dal tessuto principale o le cerniere. 

Inoltre, anche il tessuto va provato: capita spesso che un tessuto che a prima vista sembra perfetto per creare determinati modelli, quando viene effettivamente utilizzato non risulta particolarmente adatto.

Infine, la prototipazione consente un assemblaggio più rapido durante la fase di produzione in serie, in quanto le varie fasi di produzione di questo particolare modello sono state testate e serviranno da riferimento per chi si occuperà del prodotto, consentendo tempi rapidi ed estrema precisione nel momento della produzione in serie.

Previsione costi produzione

L’analisi dei costi di produzione di una collezione è un elemento fondamentale che permette di valutare in modo accurato i costi associati alla creazione e alla produzione su larga scala ma anche per stabilire il prezzo di vendita dei prodotti.

Occorre quindi considerare i costi dei materiali utilizzati, come tessuti, filati e accessori, ma anche quelli relativi alla progettazione e allo sviluppo del prodotto, compresi i campionamenti e i test di qualità.

Per ottimizzare la produzione e ridurre gli sprechi, Copes mette a disposizione la propria esperienza nell’ottimizzare tutte le fasi; particolarmente cruciale è la realizzazione del piazzato, in quanto è necessario capire quando è possibile posizionare il tessuto senza orientamento, o quando è necessario eseguire un piazzamento a scalare, accoppiato, piegato a metà, e così via.

Sviluppo taglie

Lo sviluppo delle taglie è il metodo per variare il “prototipo” (ovvero il capo sulla taglia base provato e sdifettato), e ottenere capi proporzionalmente ed esteticamente uguali al prototipo stesso. Eseguiamo inoltre il rilevamento basi con inserimento regole di sviluppo di eventuali alterazioni automatiche di statura, drop, taglia con parametri nazionali e/o internazionali ed effettuiamo l’ottimizzazione dei consumi e la costruzione interattiva o automatica delle matrici di taglio e la stampa cliché di taglie e misure desiderate. Gli stilisti e i modellisti lavorano a stretto contatto per definire le proporzioni esatte di ogni taglia, tenendo conto delle tendenze di mercato e delle preferenze dei consumatori. Partendo da una taglia base, vengono create modifiche per adattarsi alle diverse forme del corpo, tenendo conto di fattori come la circonferenza del busto, la lunghezza delle braccia e delle gambe, la larghezza delle spalle e dei fianchi. Una volta definite le taglie della collezione, vengono realizzati campioni che vengono poi testati: ciò serve per garantire che si adattino correttamente o per applicare quando necessario dei correttivi.

Piazzamento per produzione

Per tessuti obbligati, uniti e stampe piazzate.

  • Obbligato: quadri, righe, stampe: sia con macchinario che manualmente: tanta manualità e personale altamente qualificato

Il piazzamento dei tessuti consiste nel posizionare tutte le parti del modello sul tessuto da tagliare, in modo da minimizzare lo spreco.

Il piazzamento e la sovrapposizione sono due fasi fondamentali nella preparazione del capo, che vengono effettuate utilizzando sistemi totalmente automatizzati. (Con un apposito programma, una volta impostata l’altezza del tessuto e inseriti tutti i pezzi del disegno e il loro numero, permette di disporre i pezzi nel modo più idoneo o di ordinarli in automatico.)

Possiamo fornire il servizio sia su supporto digitale che cartaceo, con tutte le informazioni necessarie riportate sul bordo, tra cui il nome del modello, la taglia, l’altezza del tessuto, il consumo e la percentuale di utilizzo del tessuto.
