The prototype allows us to make the necessary corrections, in order to put our customer in a position to have a garment that can be produced profitably; furthermore, it is also the best way to test the success of some details, such as inserts other than the main fabric or zips.

Furthermore, the fabric must also be tested: it often happens that a fabric that at first glance seems perfect for creating certain models, when it is actually used, is not particularly suitable.

Finally, prototyping allows for faster assembly during the mass production phase, as the various production phases of this particular model have been tested and will serve as a reference for those who will take care of the product, allowing rapid turnaround times and extreme precision at the moment of mass production.

All the stages of the prototype are carried out by trained and competent personnel; in addition to carrying out these processes, Cope.s. provides all the necessary support for the industrialization phases of the product.

After creating the prototype, in Cope.s. we also take care of sample repetitions.
